These are the vehicle types we arrange most often in Singapore. They are a guide rather than a fixed fleet list; tell us your group, luggage and children's ages and we will recommend a practical option.
Luxury MPV (Toyota Alphard)
Our luxury MPV is usually a Toyota Alphard — the go-to choice for families, older parents or a small team. More space, easier access, comfortable on longer drives.
13-seat minibus (mostly Toyota Hiace)
The 13-seat minibus is not brand-restricted and is usually a Toyota Hiace. A good fit for two or three families, a group of friends or a small corporate team.
45-seat coach
Corporate offsites, incentive groups, schools and large family groups. Coach brand is not fixed; route and pickup points are planned in advance.

Quick answer: 2–3 guests: sedan; 4–6: luxury MPV (Toyota Alphard); 7–13: 13-seat minibus (mostly Toyota Hiace); 14+ or corporate/school groups: coach. If unsure, send your group size, luggage photo and number of days.

Vehicle choice FAQ
Which vehicle for 5 guests with 4 bags?
A luxury MPV (Toyota Alphard) is the usual choice. If all five are adults with oversized luggage, a 13-seat minibus gives more legroom and luggage space.
Can 7 guests fit in an MPV?
We do not recommend it. Seven or more guests should use a 13-seat minibus (usually a Toyota Hiace) for comfortable seating and luggage.
What if we have a stroller and older parents?
Choose a luxury MPV (Toyota Alphard) for easier access and boot space; tell us in advance if you need a child seat. For seven or more guests, choose a 13-seat minibus.
Do we need a full-day charter for an airport transfer?
No. An airport transfer can be booked one-way, or combined with one city stop around your flight time.
